What a marvellous story! The way Paley has weaved togather each character to the other connecting dots and making a dangerously preachy story into one where you find yourself - is remarkable. Finding yourself through the way one can recognize exactly the same way an incident played out in your life, there were several times I was just learning what the father had to say but there were also times I went this was exactly how it went down. And that is the best part. Isn't it?
I read it twice because it was too short for me to savour its magic in one read.
